$100 Deposit required for all trips. Deposit will be returned if trip is cancelled 14 days prior to Charter Date. If weather conditions cause cancellation, charter will be rescheduled on available dates or your deposit will be refunded.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your charter; for example, the fish did not cooperate, you will be allowed two choices. Another charter will be scheduled on the next open date that is convenient to you. If charter is rescheduled your deposit will be held. If you do not wish to reschedule, you will receive a full refund including the deposit.
